Submitting a device through our donation or business forms provides a preliminary eligibility estimate only. Final acceptance of any device is always confirmed after physical assessment. We reserve the right to decline any device.
Shipping
Prepaid shipping is offered selectively, as described on our donation page. We are not responsible for devices damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
No payment for devices
This is a donation program. We do not currently pay for devices submitted through our forms.

We aim to handle every device responsibly, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as successful refurbishment) for any individual device, given the range of condition and age we receive.
